Charming and Comfortable - I wore my pair of Naot's Charm right from the box. My feet have issues, such as, a painful bunion, narrow width, and a thin sole. I didn't feel any twinges or discomfort from morning to night at work and after work. The width was accurately described and I ordered them one size smaller as suggested. They feel wonderful and the heel is a good height for wearing with skirts as well as pants.
