Caused bad blisters - I bought this shoe last year and only wore it once. The criss-crossed leather straps in the instep were inflexible and caused bad blisters on my feet. I attempted to "work" the straps to soften up the leather, put moleskin under them, and tried a product recommended by the shoe repair store, but nothing worked. The shoe was true to size but instep leather killed my feet.
